Future Pacing: Sleep Magic

In Dreams,
All is possible...
Lets Tweak the boundaries of time

Recently, I have been experimenting with using NLP on the verge of sleep for the purposes of personal reconditioning.

Originally, if autosuggestion and self-programming occurred in the liminal state near sleep(1).  This is originally how affirmations were done.  In modern times, people use affirmations in many different ways but originally, they were only used near sleep conditions.

Carrying this further, we can use fully immersive affirmations that introduce something we want into our subconscious mind.
So what do I mean by a fully immersive affirmation?   Well, we can create an idea for ourself to be using all of our senses.

Before starting, figure out some details of the future you would like to step into.  Write down all the details, of that future.  See it, feel it, hear it,  what details are going on this future.   Get the details down.

So lets start by positive emotion and build from there.  So first, lay down on your bed and relax.  Breathe deeply and smile as deeply as you can.  Allow any and all positive thoughts to rush into your system while smiling deeply and breathing.  If it has a certain color, sound or vibe,  let it fill your whole body.    Keep breathing, and keep going deeper.

Now allow yourself to immerse yourself in the details of your future.  Be it.  With the positive vibe, run with the details down of your future. Live the details as you breathe details and live it in your mind.  Breathe and Breathe.

Allow yourself to drift to sleep while in your positive details.

Pay attention to your dreams as you recondition your subconscious mind.
